 The Finance Division, directed by Chief Financial Officer Al Conyers,
manages, controls and reports all of the financial activities of
NCEMPA, NCMPA1 and ElectriCities. The Treasury section of Finance
is responsible for investment transactions, bond refinancings, new
money bond issues, trustee and banking contacts, investor relations,
and financial community relationships for the power agencies. The
Accounting section reviews, records and reports all financial transactions
and activities for the power agencies and ElectriCities.
