The seminar is directed toward Wholesale Members and will be conducted from 10 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at the ElectriCities office. Separate workshops will be held for Power Agency Participants. The seminar fee will be $50 per member to help offset the costs of the seminar. We strongly encourage you to have at least one representative from your municipality attend this information session

Bankruptcies are becoming more prevalent in our society and can be very costly to Municipalities and other creditors. Therefore, attorneys from Poyner & Spruill will conduct a workshop for ElectriCities members to help Municipalities prepare for bankruptcy cases and minimize exposure in court.
This workshop will be designed especially for City Managers, Finance Officers, Utility Directors and Customer Service Managers.
